Workplace Civility Resources

The Greater Phoenix Area Chapter 1 of the Arizona Nurses Association held a coffee meeting on Wednesday, May 14 which focused an open discussion on workplace violence (aka lateral violence) and workplace bullying in an effort to promote workplace civility. Per request, a previously developed Power Point presentation is posted below for nurses to access information and references discussed during this session.
